I’ve been feeling better š I’ve been eating almost normally and have much more energy šāāļøI still have stomach issues but I can mostly cope with that ok as long as I’m eating šš°
I’ve been out for a few fun Christmas runs šš M3 triathlon club Christmas strava run is always great fun – we run around making a strava trace and we are supposed to try and guess the picture we are making – I away, always guess wrong !! this year it was an angel (an angel baby !?) – I thought it was a reinder’s head

I also joined the JogScotland Carnoustie / Marcothon group to run around Carnoustie in our Santa suits and Christmas gear to look at the lights and to meet the actual Santa..no, he is the actual Santa – photographic proof attached !! he is amazing, and their house, inside and out, is a Christmas wonderland – it is gorgeous.

I wasn’t sure how I’d be fitness wise for these runs, I wasn’t sure if I’d manage to keep up or if I’d be able to do all of the routes – but that’s the great thing about fun runs – you can go slow, take short cuts and take it easy if you want – its all about the chat :-)) it turns out I managed both of them fine, so I was very happy about that š.
I do sometimes worry that people feel awkward talking to me – they either feel they HAVE to talk about the cancer / treatment, or they don’t know what to say – and I worry that I’ve told the same story about 20 times and people are fed up of hearing it !! HOWEVER, every single person I have spoken to recently has been so lovely – and even as a proper introvert, I’ve really enjoyed being out with lots of company over the past few days.
And I also got a really lovely handmade gift š a shea butter moisturiser with no additives at all – its great because it doesn’t irritate my skin, which is very sensitive at the moment and it also doesn’t irritate my eyes which are super sensitive – and it really properly moisturises – thank you xx

So, this week, up to Christmas, I’m looking forward to feeling progressively better. I’m looking forward to doing a few runs and if the weather is OK, I’d love to get out on my mountain bike.
AND ……. the night are getting longer now – yeeehaaaaaa :-))))) āļøāļøāļøāļø
