run bike swim beat cancer

Not sure if that’s a cringey title or a cool title !?…anyway…it’s true..soooo there it is !

I’ve kind of got an idea that I could do a timeline of events and thoughts from when I started the ‘cancer journey’ to now, and what feels like a bit of a confirmation that the journey is over, having reached destination Ironman !

I know any cancer journey is never truly over, and I don’t want to tempt fate, but I mean, I must be keeping fairly well if I can do an Ironman !! 😁

I also want to bore everyone with a proper race report for the Ironman, so, how things went on the day, a bit about the days beforehand, and maybe a bit about the holiday afterwards – there will be lots of photos !!

I also have some stuff I want to put in a blog about how my poor brain coped / didn’t cope, with the whole Ironman thing.

And I also want to write down how I am now – and what on earth I do with my time (and brain !!) now !?

So maybe 3 or 4 blogs !!! sorry…😁🤣
