Christmas decorations up = 1, the possessed Christmas tree (it fell over yesterday !!)

Hospital appointments = 3, including a mammogram and getting my toe nail off

Funeral = 1 😦

Massages = 1 :-))

Trips to a supermarket = 3 million and 4 (along with the rest of the world !!)

Pigs in blankets purchased = ………..alot, including 3 giants !!

Christmas jumpers worn = 3

Books read = 3

Number of runs with a toilet stop = 2 !!

Lists written = a lot !!

Cheesecake eaten = not enough

Mince pies eaten = 0 (don’t like them)

No. of exercise sessions (not including dog walks) = 28

Motivation to exercise = 4 out of 10

Boys at home = 2 :-))) (3 including Chris !)

This month has been an up and down, just getting by month.
