I do realise that this title might disturb your karma if you do triathlons. I don’t know why, but I always record all my activities in that order, actually I do know…its in descending order (of how many, of which activity I do), and maybe order of preference ?!
I always have a plan of the runs, cycles and swims for each week and month, and how they fit in with races, and family things – I record what I actually do against that plan (times, pace, etc). I used to be super obsessed with this, but I’m not now. This is very common for triathletes and runners 🙂


My cycling total will make cyclists and proper triathletes laugh because its pretty rubbish hahaha, but I’m quite happy with my run total considering the various up and downs in 2022. My swimming total has just been a token effort this year 😆
June and October were my best months. June, I was training for the Dundee half marathon, the Monikie triathlon and the Knockburn triathlon, and I was just feeling generally really good, and enjoying training. October, I was determined to get as fit as possible before chemo started.
A year of ups and downs – and that is life !!! :-)) :-))) :-))))
