run bike swim beat cancer

I was on duty yesterday for the SSPCA. I would normally cycle or run beforehand, but I had no energy and felt a bit yuk, so I just took the dog for a walk to the beach 🙂

The boys were all away to rugby.

I had a very busy day with the SSPCA; pigeons, hedgehogs and gulls. I was all over the place – Montrose, Perth, Pitlochry. Met some really nice people who wanted to set up a hedgehog sanctuary !

I didn’t feel great though and my stomach was really not good – had lots of stops – not easy or fun

Today I’m feeling worse again, but I’ve had some breakfast. SSPCA again later today – fingers crossed it goes ok.

I’m just away off to give myself this injection :-
